“Compassion”  from a series several years back of abstracted and anthropomorphized botanicals.

Titled after I made it, for me it embodies the figure and stance of Quan Yin, the goddess and bodhisattva that embodies the qualities of Mercy and Compassion.

An Ascended Master she chose to return to the earth to heal and console.

Quan Yin’s example is needed more now than ever.

Empathy, mercy, and compassion equal a universal unconditional love.
