This new quarterly virtual series will honor the exceptional contributions of women artists, spotlighting those whose birthdays and significant milestones fall within each season. Each session will weave together historical context, artistic legacies, visual storytelling, and recommendations for places to view their work. In Life & Engagement coaching the coach helps you find solutions to your challenges and overcome obstacles to your success by asking questions. In this session, we will focus on experiencing the present moment.

Simple techniques will be used to make a personalized small environmental sculpture with recycled materials.
