Yellow Fingers and Green Thumbs was painted with my fingers and thumbs. The feeling is to completely let go and allow the hands to move without thinking. Green. Yellow. Red. Brown and other tones are mindful of mother earth and all that she gives us so that we can sustain ourselves.  Oil is my favorite medium. When I use it it feels like food and I feel very connected to it.
