Joy in Serenity
The space within vast,
pulsating.
I watch in silence a ripple of thought spiral out, take form I watch, silent, steeped in space, alive, vibrant
I am joy,
I am the watcher,
Yet one with this space
Serenity seeps into me. Ripples out to the universe. I connect
Joy spirals out into the vastness I am the space.
I am joy, alive
to this moment. Timeless.

The poem Joy in Serenity describes the joy I feel when I watch my mind and sense the vastness of the universe. The watcher and the watched merges and all thought ceases. Yet this space is alive, full of potential, vibrant. I am in a different stage of life now: children grown. I have found a space within which I can access regardless of outside.
