Bridget Pavalow
Bridget Pavalow is an author-illustrator based in New York. She’s written two comics, “After Life” and “Secretive Quarrel,” her stories focus on self-discovery through magical adventure. As a person — and an artist — she’s never been fully represented in the media and is inspired to share her stories with others who also need to see their full selves in the media. She strives to have tough topics, such as mental health, body image, discovering gender and sexuality, be a focus in her stories and illustrations so they can be embraced with open arms.
